Herein we attached the supporting data including the synthesis, chemical characterisation and the experiments regarding the antibacterial mechanism of novel aminoxy dipeptides. These aminoxy dipepides are active against <i>S. aureus</i> persister and biofilm by disrupting the ion homeostasis of the them.
