We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the heterogeneity of dermal fibroblasts in homeostasis and skin inflammation. Dermal fibroblasts of the UT/IMQ-induced PdgfraDreER-tdTomato mice were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presence or absence of tdTomato signal and analyzed using scRNA-seq.
本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)技术,分析稳态与皮肤炎症状态下真皮成纤维细胞的异质性。本研究依据tdTomato信号的有无,通过荧光激活细胞分选术(Fluorescence-activated cell sorting, FACS)分离UT/IMQ诱导的PdgfraDreER-tdTomato小鼠的真皮成纤维细胞,并采用scRNA-seq完成测序分析。
