RNA-seq analysis of wild-type and blmp-1(s71) young adult mutant

We performed RNA-seq analysis of wild-type and blmp-1(s71) mutant at the young adult stage, to identify genes regulated by BLMP-1. Three WT and three blmp-1(s71) mutant biological replicates were analyzed.

为鉴定BLMP-1调控的基因，我们于青年成虫期对野生型（wild-type）与blmp-1(s71)突变体开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。本次分析共纳入3组野生型生物学重复与3组blmp-1(s71)突变体生物学重复。
