本图像为海马齿状回分子层中经AlexaFluor 568（绿色荧光）填充标记的星形胶质细胞的合并光学切片序列投影成像。实验同时采用AlexaFluor 488染色标记神经细胞黏附分子（Neural Cell Adhesion Molecule, N-CAM），其信号呈现红色荧光，以此清晰展示星形胶质细胞突起与N-CAM染色所揭示的层状边界之间的空间关联。为便于观察，图像已进行对比度增强处理。
