Transcriptomic profile of Arabidopsis thaliana guard cells

To investigate the evolution of guard cell signalling pathways, we examined the transcriptomes of two fern species, C. richardii and Polypodium vulgare, in comparison to the angiosperms Arabidopsis and barley.为探究保卫细胞（guard cell）信号通路（signalling pathway）的演化历程，本研究以被子植物（angiosperm）拟南芥（Arabidopsis）和大麦（barley）为参照，对两种蕨类植物（fern）——水蕨（C. richardii）与普通水龙骨（Polypodium vulgare）的转录组（transcriptome）开展了对比分析。
