Model of TPSA(Tot) MlopP nHDon to describe the experimental binding constant to Plasmepsin II of a variety of molecules以总极性表面积（Total Polar Surface Area, TPSA(Tot)）、MlopP以及氢键供体数目（number of hydrogen bond donors, nHDon）为特征参数构建的模型，用于表征多种分子与天冬氨酸蛋白酶II（Plasmepsin II）的实验结合常数。
