Engraftment of Bacteroidetes species in a Fecal Microbiota Transplant study

We performed an FMT study where Patients with UC were selectively enrolled and treated initially with endoscopic FMT and then take the oral capsules with fecal microbiota for maintenance for 12 weeks. This project provides alignments of the metagenomic samples from the FMT study to Bacteroides fragilis, Bacteroides vulgatus and Bacteroides ovatus genomes.我们开展了一项粪菌移植（Fecal Microbiota Transplantation, FMT）研究，该研究经筛选纳入溃疡性结肠炎（Ulcerative Colitis, UC）患者，受试者首先接受内镜下粪菌移植治疗，随后服用含粪菌的口服胶囊进行为期12周的维持治疗。本数据集提供了该FMT研究中宏基因组样本与脆弱拟杆菌（Bacteroides fragilis）、普通拟杆菌（Bacteroides vulgatus）及卵形拟杆菌（Bacteroides ovatus）基因组的序列比对结果。
