本研究报道了下一代测序(next generation sequencing)技术在携带偶线期减数分裂细胞的花组织核小体占据率研究中的应用。研究结果显示,在与RAD51相关的核小体缺失区域中存在DNA双链断裂(double-strand break, DSB)富集现象。为明确核小体占据率的分布特征,本研究将微球菌核酸酶测序(Micrococcal Nuclease sequencing, MNase-Seq)读段的基因组分布与Illumina测序得到的减数分裂输入样本进行了比对分析。
