RNA seq study to understand molecular mechanisms of scab resistance in pecan. The transcriptomic response of the pecan cultivar 'Desirable' was studied at three time points (24, 48, and 96 hours post-inoculation) after inoculating with two different scab isolates: a pathogenic (De-Tif11) and a non-pathogenic (Pa-OK-11).一项旨在解析山核桃抗疮痂病分子机制的RNA测序（RNA seq）研究。本研究以山核桃品种‘Desirable’为材料，使用致病型（De-Tif11）与非致病型（Pa-OK-11）两种疮痂病菌分离物进行接种处理，并分别在接种后24、48及96小时三个时间点，对其转录组响应展开分析。
