The quality refom in higher education survey, 2005

The survey was carried out 1. quarter 2005 on behalf of Norwegian Social Science Data Services, the Rokkan Center and NIFU-STEP, and is a survey about the quality reform in higher education. The survey was financed by The Research Council of Norway. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the goals of the reform have been realized, wether the measures of the reform have been implemented, if they have worked as intended and whether the reform has been influenced by other events.
