Detailed experimental data of long-term effect of photovoltaics self-heating (PVSH) on PV modules

Detailed data of the various stages of the long-term PVSH experiments, including electrical performance tests, wet leakage current tests, insulation tests, and electroluminescence tests on the PV module samples at various stages of the reverse energization. The damp heat tests and hot-spot endurance tests were conducted after 1000-hour reverse energization and their data are listed here. All the tests were carried out in strict accordance with IEC 61215-2 2016 standards in the process laboratory of Hefei JA Solar Technology Co., Std.

本数据集包含长期PVSH实验各阶段的详细数据，涵盖反向通电各阶段光伏组件样品的电性能测试、湿漏电流测试、绝缘测试及电致发光测试的相关数据。此外，1000小时反向通电后开展的湿热测试与热斑耐受测试的相关数据亦收录于本数据集中。所有测试均在合肥晶澳太阳能科技有限公司（Hefei JA Solar Technology Co., Std.）的工艺实验室中，严格依照IEC 61215-2:2016标准执行。
