ncRNA expression-based, individualized outcome prediction for CRC patients. Homo sapiens

Individualized outcome prediction classifiers were successfully constructed through expression profiling of ncRNAs in 165 CRC cases. Overall design: In the study presented here, a well-defined cohort of 165 CRC cases from MD Anderson Cancer Center, followed up more than ten years, was used to acquire expression profiles of ncRNAs.

本研究通过对165例结直肠癌（Colorectal Cancer，简称CRC）样本中的非编码RNA（non-coding RNAs，简称ncRNAs）进行表达谱分析，成功构建了个体化预后预测分类器。实验设计概况：本研究纳入来自MD安德森癌症中心、随访时长超过十年的165例特征明确的结直肠癌队列样本，用于获取非编码RNA的表达谱数据。
