mRNA transcriptomic changes during pre and postnatal muscle hypertrophy of the longissimus in sheep

Longissimus muscle samples were collected from lambs at 4 developmental time points (prenatal gestational d 85 and 133, and postnatal d 42 and 243). Muscle samples were examined to determine the impact of myofiber hypertrophy on the mRNA profile. Overall design: This study is comprised of 12 samples, There are 4 developmental groups with 3 replicates each. Prenatal time gestational d 85 and 133. Postnatal time d 42 and 243.

从4个发育时间点的羔羊体内采集背最长肌（Longissimus muscle）样本，具体涵盖产前妊娠第85天、第133天，以及出生后第42天、第243天四个阶段。对所获肌肉样本开展检测，以明确肌纤维肥大对信使RNA（mRNA）表达谱的影响。实验整体设计：本研究共纳入12个样本，分为4个发育组别，每组设置3个生物学重复。4个发育组别分别为：产前妊娠第85天、产前妊娠第133天、出生后第42天以及出生后第243天。
