This dataset contains biomass and root nodule data of plant seedlings harvested from three seperate greenhouse experiments: 1) Tree-grass competition experiment, 2) Mineral control experiment and 3) Nodule control experiment (see the article for details on experimental methods). The datasets contain the experimental treatments (explained in the sheet 'Meta data') of each experiment, the plant species used and their dry biomass at harvest. The relative growth rate of each individual plant has been calculated (again explained in the sheet 'Meta data'). The number of root nodules of N2-fixing tree seedlings were counted at harvest and nodules per gram biomass were calculated.

本数据集涵盖了从三项独立温室实验中收获的植物幼苗的生物量与根瘤数据:1)乔草竞争实验,2)矿物对照实验,3)根瘤对照实验(实验方法细节详见相关论文)。本数据集包含各项实验的实验处理方案(详见“元数据(Meta data)”工作表)、所用植物物种及其收获时的干生物量。已计算每一个体植株的相对生长速率,相关说明同样见于“元数据(Meta data)”工作表。固氮(N₂-fixing)树木幼苗的根瘤数量在收获时被统计,并计算得到每克生物量对应的根瘤数。
