Soybean plants were inoculated with the test strains, one centimetre of the proximal root and of the lateral roots of each plant were collected after 7 days, and the bacteria present were resuspended and plated. Data are the mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments performed in triplicate. Mutant nodD1 and the lactonase strain attachment were individually compared with the parental strain SMH12 attachment by using the Mann-Whitney non-parametric test. 受试菌株接种至大豆(Glycine max)植株。接种7天后,采集每株植株的近根基部1厘米区段及侧根组织,回收其中的菌体并经重悬后涂布于培养基平板。实验数据以平均值±标准偏差(Standard Deviation,SD)表示,所有实验均至少独立重复3次,且每次重复设置3个平行样本。采用曼-惠特尼非参数检验(Mann-Whitney non-parametric test),分别比较nodD1突变株、内酯酶菌株的根附着能力与亲本菌株SMH12的根附着能力。标注有*的数值在显著性水平α=5%下差异具有统计学意义。本实验为大豆Osumi栽培品种(Glycine max cv. Osumi)的根附着实验。
