Data for: Mating strategy predicts gene presence/absence patterns in a genus of simultaneously hermaphroditic flatworms

This repository contains a record of analysis scripts and similarity score data used for the analyses presented in the manuscript. Some of the R scripts depend on supplementary tables associated with the manuscript.
