We sequenced mRNA from 9 liver samples of juvenile largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) taken from different lead concentration exposure treatment fish and control fish to investigate the transcriptome and comparative expression profiles of largemouth bass liver undergoing lead exposure. Overall design: Liver mRNA prolfiles of control group (L0), low lead concentration exposure group (17.8 mg/L) (L2) and high lead concentration exposure group (100 mg/L) (L5) were generated by RNA-seq, using Illumina HiSeq 2000.
本研究对来自不同铅浓度暴露处理组与对照组的9尾幼龄大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)的肝脏样本mRNA进行测序,以分析铅暴露条件下大口黑鲈肝脏的转录组(transcriptome)及比较表达谱特征。
实验设计概述:通过Illumina HiSeq 2000平台开展RNA测序(RNA-seq),构建对照组(L0)、低铅浓度暴露组(17.8 mg/L,L2)与高铅浓度暴露组(100 mg/L,L5)的肝脏mRNA表达谱。
