City-level urban-rural water consumption dataset in China from 1965 to 2022

We have obtained WC records (including agricultural, industrial, public, urban domestic, rural domestic and ecological WC) for prefecture-level administrative regions in city-level China. Total WC is the aggregation of six components of sectoral WC. Urban WC is calculated by the aggregation of industrial WC and urban domestic WC. Rural WC is calculated by the aggregation of agricultural WC and rural domestic WC.本研究获取了中国地级行政区的用水量（Water Consumption, WC）记录，涵盖农业用水、工业用水、公共用水、城镇生活用水、农村生活用水与生态用水六大类别。 总用水量由六大分部门用水量聚合而成。 城镇用水量通过工业用水量与城镇生活用水量的聚合计算得到。 农村用水量通过农业用水量与农村生活用水量的聚合计算得到。
