Structure of the Hir histone chaperone complex

The evolutionarily conserved HIRA/Hir histone chaperone complex and ASF1/Asf1 co-chaperone cooperate for replication-independent chromatin assembly. Here we report the molecular architecture of the Hir complex with Asf1/H3/H4 via single-particle cryo-EM and crosslinking mass spectrometry.进化保守的HIRA/Hir组蛋白伴侣复合物与ASF1/Asf1辅助伴侣蛋白协同介导不依赖复制的染色质组装。本研究通过单粒子冷冻电镜（single-particle cryo-EM）与交联质谱（crosslinking mass spectrometry），解析了结合Asf1/H3/H4的Hir复合物的分子架构。
