Oltre le fonti giuridiche: i manichei nell'Alexiadis di Anna Comnena

Aim of the contribute is to consider Anna Comnena's Alexiad from the legal history point of view, concerning the persecution of Manichaean heresy – under the form of the Paulician and Bogomil one – during the Byzantine empire: in fact, if we analyse with attention some events narrated in the work, in particular the trial of the monk Basilius and his punishment to death, it will be possible to find several interesting pieces of information, in a field, the real treatment of the heretics, which is almost unknown for the scholars.

本研究旨在从法律史视角，剖析安娜·科穆宁娜（Anna Comnena）所著《阿莱克修斯传》（Alexiad）中涉及拜占庭帝国（Byzantine Empire）时期以保罗派（Paulician）与鲍格米勒派（Bogomil）形态存续的摩尼教异端（Manichaean heresy）的迫害活动。事实上，若细致梳理该著作所载的相关史事，尤以修士巴西琉斯（Basilius）的审判过程及其死刑惩处结果为核心，即可从中发掘出多则极具学术价值的史料；而在异端群体的真实处置这一此前几乎未被学界知晓的研究领域内，这些史料的意义尤为凸显。
