资源简介:

This repository contains the numerical datasets and source code underlying all results of the manuscript titled "Superfluid helium thin films as quantum field theory simulators for probing information area laws". It provides the complete pipeline to replicate the numerical simulations, process the data, and generate the exact figures presented in the paper. Repository Contents Simulation Code: The scripts (rectangle_N&D.py and test_2D_ADB_systems.py) used to predict information scaling in thermal states of the effective $(2+1)$-dimensional scalar fields. This includes the numerical evaluation of the spatial covariance matrix based on superfluid thin film helium parameters, the application of partial tracing for defined spatial subregions, the extraction of symplectic eigenvalues, and the computation of mutual information. Raw Data: The full, raw simulation outputs generated by the code, including the calculated mutual information across varying volume (appended "_vert_stripe_V") and boundary area (appended "squiggle_y_slow_A"), under both Dirichlet and Neumann boundary conditions, including and excluding near boundary regions. Data Formatting Scripts: Utility scripts (paper_figures.py) designed to parse and format the raw simulated data into a structure readable by TikZ. Figure Generation: The original python and LaTeX (TikZ: Fig_#_code_tikz.tex for all figure numbers #) scripts used to render each figure presented in the manuscript.
