Analysis of Feto-Maternal Cardiac Status Following Covid19 During Pregnancy

COVID-19 primarily affects the respiratory system but also leads to multisystem complications. Besides pregnancy complications as a result of the disease, the effects on the fetus are unclear. This study aimed to assess the cardiac status of fetuses using brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), a marker of severity and cardiac damage in COVID-19.

新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）主要累及呼吸系统，但亦可引发多系统并发症。除该病所致的妊娠并发症外，其对胎儿的影响尚不明确。本研究旨在利用脑钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide, BNP）——新冠病情严重程度与心肌损伤的标志物——评估胎儿的心脏状态。
