Blastopirellula sp. JC733 Genome sequencing and assembly

The project aims to sequence and analyse Blastopirellula sp. JC733. Assembly sequence was gained by de novo methods, subsequently regarding annotation information was produced by our genomic analysis pipeline. Further study will be carried out with these data.

本项目旨在对芽殖球菌属（Blastopirellula）菌株JC733进行测序与分析。研究通过从头（de novo）组装方法获取了该菌株的基因组组装序列，随后通过本课题组的基因组分析流程生成了相关注释信息。后续将基于本数据集开展进一步研究工作。
