The Black Sea presents an absolutely unique and interesting marine ecosystem. It is characterised by existence of two clear not mixingoxic and anoxic layers. Therefore it provides different environmental conditions for resident microbiota. The aim of this study was to provide a complex investigation of the Black Sea microbial communities using metagenomic 16S rDNA analysis. Amplicon sequencing was performed on Illumina Miseq platform. The results showed highly complex procaryotic communities especially in sediments' samples. The microbial diversity in studied region of the Black Sea was characterised by distribution of typical marine bacteria like Proteobacteria, Bacteroidets, Actinobacteria, Cyanobacteria and others.
黑海拥有极为独特且极具科研价值的海洋生态系统。该生态系统的核心特征为存在两层清晰互不混合的有氧层与缺氧层,这为栖息其中的常驻微生物群落提供了截然不同的生存环境。本研究旨在通过宏基因组16S rDNA分析,对黑海微生物群落开展系统性综合研究。研究采用Illumina Miseq平台完成扩增子测序。研究结果显示,该区域存在高度复杂的原核微生物群落,尤以沉积物样本中的群落特征最为显著。本研究涉及的黑海区域内,微生物多样性以典型海洋细菌类群的分布为主要特征,涵盖变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、蓝细菌门(Cyanobacteria)等多个类群。
