Transcriptome Sequencing in Different Developmental Stages of Cyperus esculentus

We sequenced the transcriptome of Cyperus esculentus tubers at four development stages to obtain information about their genetic characteristics and expression trends, and to analyze their oil accumulation characteristics.本研究对油莎草（Cyperus esculentus）块茎的四个发育阶段开展转录组测序，以获取其遗传特征与基因表达趋势相关信息，并解析其油脂积累特性。
