Corynebacterium striatum sequencing

In order to obtain the sequencing results and virulence related gene distribution, whole genome sequencing and virulence related gene detection were conducted by collecting different parts of samples from clinically hospitalized patients为获取测序结果及毒力相关基因（virulence related gene）分布特征，本研究通过采集临床住院患者不同部位的样本，开展全基因组测序（whole genome sequencing）与毒力相关基因检测工作。
