Expansion of murine bone marrow cells ex vivo with Tat-MYC and Tat-Bcl-2. FACS analysis shows a continuous enrichment of the c-Kit+/Sca-1+ population (lin−) whereas all other cell types decrease over a 25 day period.采用Tat-MYC与Tat-Bcl-2体外扩增小鼠骨髓细胞。荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting，FACS）分析结果显示，在为期25天的培养周期内，谱系标记阴性（lin⁻）的c-Kit+/Sca-1+细胞群持续富集，而其余所有细胞类型的占比均逐步降低。
