RT-PCR analysis of HSV-1 infected mouse astrocytes and microglia

Primary mouse microglia and astrocytes were isolated from 6-8 week old C57BL/6J mice and infected with HSV-1 KOS at an MOI of 5 for 12 hours. RT-PCR gene expression profiling of pro-inflammatory genes using the RT2 PCR Profiler Array从6~8周龄的C57BL/6J小鼠体内分离原代小鼠小胶质细胞（microglia）与星形胶质细胞（astrocytes），以感染复数（MOI, multiplicity of infection）为5的单纯疱疹病毒1型（HSV-1）KOS毒株感染上述细胞，感染时长为12小时；随后采用RT2 PCR基因表达谱芯片（RT2 PCR Profiler Array），通过逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）对促炎基因开展表达谱分析。
