Table S2: Clustered OTU table. After open-reference clustering, OTU table was constructed from the BIOM file using QIIME 2. Number of reads for each OTU in each sample are indicated, together with the bacterial taxonomy assigned to each OTU. OTU IDs are identical to matching HOMD Refseq IDs, except for those which did not match the database.The FASTQ files generated in this study have been deposited in the DDBJ Sequence Read Archive (DRA) under BioProject accession number PRJDB10269.

补充表S2：聚类操作分类单元（OTU, Operational Taxonomic Unit）表。完成开放参考聚类后，使用QIIME 2从BIOM文件构建得到OTU表。该表标注了每个样本中各OTU的读段计数，以及分配给各OTU的细菌分类学归属。除未匹配至该数据库的序列外，所有OTU编号均与对应的人类口腔微生物组数据库（HOMD, Human Oral Microbiome Database）Refseq编号一致。本研究生成的FASTQ文件已提交至日本DNA数据银行（DDBJ, DNA Data Bank of Japan）序列读取归档（DRA），对应的生物项目（BioProject）登录号为PRJDB10269。
