Quantitative determination of l-Asp, d-Asp and NMDA in samples from mouse prefrontal cortex by MRM LC-MSMS analysis.

Samples were obtained from brain of three individual animals from each group (DDO+/+, wild type mouse; DDO-/-, D-aspartate oxidase (DDO) knockout mouse). Each measurement represents the average of three technical replicates.样本取自各组各3只个体动物的脑组织，各组分为DDO+/+组（野生型小鼠）与DDO-/-组（D-天冬氨酸氧化酶（D-aspartate oxidase, DDO）敲除小鼠）。每项测量结果均为3次技术重复的平均值。
