Raw data of Decadal extreme drought reduces alpine subsoil carbon stocks

The dataset comprises three tables:<b>Table 1: all layers:</b> Contains measurements for Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) content, Soil Moisture, pH, Bulk Density, and SOC Stocks across six depth layers.<b>Table 2: representative layers:</b> Includes data on soil physicochemical properties, mechanisms of mineral protection, microbial community attributes, and plant carbon inputs for key soil layers.<b>Table 3: yearly vegetation data:</b> Provides yearly records of plant Aboveground Productivity, Belowground Productivity, and Species Richness.

本数据集由三张数据表组成：<b>表1：全土层</b>：涵盖6个深度土层的土壤有机碳（Soil Organic Carbon, SOC）含量、土壤含水量、pH值、容重以及土壤有机碳储量的实测数据。<b>表2：典型土层</b>：收录关键土层的土壤理化性质、矿物保护机制、微生物群落特征以及植物碳输入相关数据。<b>表3：年度植被数据</b>：提供植物地上生产力、地下生产力以及物种丰富度的年度记录。
