Nickel-Catalyzed Stereoselective Diarylation of Alkenylarenes

A three-component
coupling of aryl bromides, arylboron reagents,
and alkenylarenes is presented. The method tolerates a variety of
substitution patterns on all of the components. In particular, 1,2-disubstituted
alkenylarenes are suitable and undergo highly diastereoselective diarylation.

本文报道了芳基溴化物（aryl bromides）、芳基硼试剂（arylboron reagents）与烯基芳烃（alkenylarenes）的三组分偶联反应。该方法对各组分上的多种取代模式均具有良好的兼容性。尤为值得关注的是，1,2-二取代烯基芳烃可适配该反应，并可发生高非对映选择性的双芳基化（diarylation）反应。
