Analytical base of satellite monitoring of agro-climatic conditions and crop status in 2025 in Ukraine.

The data of the analysis of agroclimatic conditions and crop status during the 2025 growing season, derived from satellite-based observations is presented. The assessment includes temperature dynamics, crop condition, moisture availability, and vegetation health as indicated by the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), benchmarked against long-term averages and data from the previous year. Relevant proposals and recommendations have been formulated based on the findings. The information was provided to experts at the Ministry of Economy, Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian Environmental League, and the Department of Agriculture, Land Reclamation, and Mechanization of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. The analytical information may be utilized by agricultural specialists to support the preparation and implementation of management decisions across various hierarchical levels of national, regional, and central governmental and administrative bodies.本数据集收录了基于卫星观测得到的2025年生长季农业气候条件与作物生长状况分析数据。本次评估涵盖温度动态变化、作物生长状况、水分可利用量，以及由归一化植被指数（Normalized Difference Vegetation Index，NDVI）表征的植被健康状况，评估以长期平均值与上年同期数据为基准。基于上述分析结果，已形成相关对策建议。 本数据集相关信息已提交至乌克兰经济、环境保护与农业部、全乌克兰环保联盟，以及乌克兰国家农业科学院农业、土地复垦与机械化部门的专家。 农业领域专业人员可利用该分析数据，辅助国家、区域及中央各级政府与行政机构制定并落实各项管理决策。
