本研究旨在比较野生型（Wild Type，WT）与Stab1纯合敲除（Stab1-/-）小鼠脾脏内皮细胞的基因表达差异，以鉴定受Stab1表达调控的生物学过程。实验总体设计：采用Illumina Hiseq3000平台通过二代测序（Next Generation Sequencing，NGS）获取野生型与Stab1纯合敲除小鼠脾脏内皮细胞的转录组表达谱，每组设置三次生物学重复。
