Genome assembly for 11 Asian icefishes

We assembled genome sequences for 11 Asian icefishes, three of them were based on long reads, the rest were based on short-reads. Based on high-quality chromosome level genomes and comparative genome analysis, we try to clarify the adaptation mechanisms of the successful radiation of Asian icefishes.

本研究组装了11种亚洲冰鱼的基因组序列，其中3套序列基于长读长测序数据（long reads）获得，其余序列基于短读长测序数据（short reads）获得。依托高质量的染色体级基因组（chromosome level genome）与比较基因组分析（comparative genome analysis），本研究旨在阐明亚洲冰鱼成功辐射演化的适应机制。
