Genomic analysis of a subterrestrial nematode, Halicephalobus mephisto

Gene annotation and expression analysis RNA-seq was performed on 25 degree C (n=3 replicates), 38 degree C (n=3 replicates), and 40 degree C samples (n=6 replicates)本研究针对25℃（n=3次生物学重复）、38℃（n=3次生物学重复）及40℃（n=6次生物学重复）的样本，开展了用于基因注释与表达分析的RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验。
