DNA methylation data from 153 ATRT tumor samples

Clinical and molecular risk factors were analyzed in a large cohort of patients with Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumors (ATRT) recruited to the European Rhabdoid Regsitry (EU-RHAB) and data were validated in a second independent cohort of ATRT patients. 153 ATRT samples were selected for DNA extraction and hybridization on Illumina DNA methylation arrays to determine their molecular subtype.

本研究针对纳入欧洲横纹肌样瘤登记库（European Rhabdoid Registry，EU-RHAB）的大型非典型畸胎样横纹肌样瘤（Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumors，ATRT）患者队列，分析其中的临床与分子危险因素，并在另一独立ATRT患者队列中对研究数据进行验证。研究选取153份ATRT样本进行DNA提取，并在因美纳（Illumina）DNA甲基化芯片上完成杂交实验，以明确其分子亚型。
