Whole brain coronal multiple shells diffusion data were obtained using a multi-slice, single-shot spin echo EPI sequence with TR = 2900 ms, TE = 128 ms, FOV = 50 x 50 mm2, matrix size = 64 x 64 and resolution = 0.78 x 0.78 x 2 mm3. Twelve slices were acquired contiguously from the genu of the corpus callosum to the end of the cerebrum using 12 diffusion-encoding directions with b values from 0 to 2,000 s/mm2 (with a 250 s/mm2 interval)

本数据集为全脑冠状位多壳层扩散磁共振数据，采用多层单次激发自旋回波平面成像（Echo Planar Imaging, EPI）序列采集，采集参数包括：重复时间（Repetition Time, TR）为2900 ms，回波时间（Echo Time, TE）为128 ms，视野（Field of View, FOV）为50×50 mm²，矩阵尺寸为64×64，体素分辨率为0.78×0.78×2 mm³。扫描时从胼胝体膝部至大脑末端连续采集12层切片，共使用12个扩散编码方向，b值范围为0至2000 s/mm²，相邻b值间隔为250 s/mm²。
