The Air Liquid Interface Model of Gastric Mucosa allows to provide a fully polarized epithelium accessible to infection experiments with H.pylori. The influence of several factors on immune response has been studied. Primary cells were isolated from healthy tissue of surgery specimen taken from patients undergoing sleeve resections, seeded on collagen coated filters and cultured after 3d in air liquid interface. Total RNA was extracted from samples and hybridized on Agilent-8x60k Human custom arrays as single-color hybridizations.
胃黏膜气液界面模型(Air Liquid Interface Model)可构建完全极化的上皮层,适配幽门螺杆菌(H. pylori)感染实验。本数据集已针对多种因素对免疫应答的影响展开研究。原代细胞取自接受袖状胃切除术患者的手术标本健康组织,接种于胶原蛋白包被的滤膜上,于3天后进行气液界面培养。从样本中提取总RNA,以单色杂交方式在安捷伦-8x60k人类定制芯片(Agilent-8x60k Human custom arrays)上完成杂交。
