Triple labeled confocal image of the cerebellar cortex of a transgenic
mouse engineered to overexpress alpha synuclein under the Thy-1
promotor, immunolabeled for mGluR5 (red), alpha synuclein (green) and
counterstained with DAPI (blue) to reveal cell nuclei.
针对构建于Thy-1启动子下过表达α-突触核蛋白的转基因小鼠的小脑皮质，进行了三重标记的共聚焦图像采集。该图像通过免疫染色对mGluR5（红色）、α-突触核蛋白（绿色）进行标记，并以DAPI（蓝色）进行复染，以揭示细胞核结构。
