To help understand the functions of GBL receptor ScbR and antibiotic receptor ScbR2, the global transcriptional profiles of scbRDM and scbR2DM compared to WT were studied. Transcprits of mutants scbRDM and scbR2DM were compared to WT at corresponded time points: WT and scbRDM at 30h, WT and scbR2DM at 42h mycelium were collected, and subjected to microarray hybridization and analysis. Three duplicated were conducted.
为阐明GBL受体ScbR与抗生素受体ScbR2的功能,本研究针对scbRDM、scbR2DM两种突变体与野生型(Wild Type,WT)的全局转录谱展开对比分析。实验于对应时间点采集菌丝样本:分别在培养30小时时收集野生型与scbRDM突变体的菌丝,在培养42小时时收集野生型与scbR2DM突变体的菌丝;随后对样本进行基因芯片杂交(microarray hybridization)与表达数据分析,并设置3次生物学重复。
