Dataset for Paper-based LAMP assay for highly pathogenic avian influenza

This dataset contains raw data used during the creation of an assay for detection of highly-pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) virus type H5 (H5) and used for the publication in the article "Paper-based LAMP assay for highly pathogenic avian influenza."
