we performed whole transcriptome sequencing from newly diagnosed AML samples that were sensitive or resistant to IA induction treatment.And diagnostic bone marrow samples (n=10) from patients with de novo AML were obtained from the Institute of Hematology, XiJing Hospital (Shaanxi, China) approved all experiments.

本研究针对初诊且对IA诱导治疗敏感或耐药的急性髓系白血病（Acute Myeloid Leukemia, AML）样本完成了全转录组测序（whole transcriptome sequencing）。本研究从中国陕西省西京医院血液学研究所获取了10例新发急性髓系白血病患者的诊断性骨髓样本，所有实验均获得该研究所的批准。
