Exploring the changes of microbial community in the microbial fuel cell anode after the addition of phenanthrene

To explore the changes of microbial community in the microbial fuel cell anode after the addition of phenanthrene, high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rDNA amplicon was performed.为探究菲（phenanthrene）投加后微生物燃料电池阳极（microbial fuel cell anode）内微生物群落（microbial community）的变化，本研究对16S rDNA扩增子（16S rDNA amplicon）开展了高通量测序（high-throughput sequencing）。
