Single cell transcriptomics of the tumor immune microenvironment from checkpoint blockade-treated KPC tumors

Single cell transcriptomes of CD45+ cells from KPC tumor subcutaneous allografts, either treated with PD-1+CTLA-4 checkpoint blockade or treatment-naïve. We isolated CD45+ cells from KPC tumors and performed 10X single-cell sequencing. KPC tumors were either treated with PD-1+CTLA-4 combination checkpoint blockade on days 6 and 9 post tumor challenge or treatment-naïve. Four tumors per experimental group were collected and sequenced.

本数据集包含KPC肿瘤皮下同种移植瘤中CD45+细胞（CD45+ cells）的单细胞转录组信息，受试肿瘤分为PD-1+CTLA-4联合免疫检查点阻断治疗组与未治疗对照组。我们从KPC肿瘤中分离CD45+细胞并开展10X单细胞测序（10X single-cell sequencing）：治疗组肿瘤于接种后第6天和第9天接受PD-1+CTLA-4联合免疫检查点阻断干预，对照组则未接受任何治疗。每个实验分组均收集4枚肿瘤样本进行测序。
