Under the conditions of heavy metal pollution to different degrees, the diversity of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere bacterial microorganisms was explored, and the richness and diversity of bacterial microorganisms, the interaction between microorganisms and rhizosphere of maize, and the change trend of microorganisms affected by heavy metals were analyzed to provide new ideas and new methods for phytoremediation technology and enrich the technical means of phytoremediation.
在不同程度重金属污染条件下,本研究探究了玉米根际与非根际细菌微生物的多样性,分析了细菌微生物的丰富度与多样性、微生物与玉米根际间的互作关系,以及受重金属影响的微生物变化趋势,旨在为植物修复(phytoremediation)技术提供新思路与新方法,丰富植物修复的技术手段。
