The composite of tin/tin oxide nanoparticles with graphene oxide and CMC based on laser ablation technique as an electrode material for energy storage devices were manufactured. The material exhibited a three-dimensional conducting graphene oxide network decorated with tin or tin oxide nanoparticles. The presence of tin/tin oxide in composites was conformed by both SEM and XPS methods. XPS measurements were performed by OmicronNanotechnology UHV system. Measurements show metallic and SnO forms of tin, what is in line with manufacturing procedure.

本研究采用激光烧蚀法制备了可作为储能器件电极材料的锡/氧化锡纳米颗粒-氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide)-羧甲基纤维素(CMC)复合材料。该材料呈现出负载有锡或氧化锡纳米颗粒的三维导电氧化石墨烯网络结构。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与X射线光电子能谱(XPS)两种表征手段,证实了复合材料中锡/氧化锡的存在。XPS测试采用OmicronNanotechnology超高真空(UHV)系统完成。测试结果表明锡以金属态与一氧化锡(SnO)两种形式存在,这与制备工艺的预期相符。
