The MS/MS spectra were used for searching against the Illumina-sequencing based P. viridis mantle transcriptome using Mascot software. N represents the nacre layer and M represents the myostracum layer.本研究利用Mascot软件，将串联质谱（MS/MS）谱图与基于Illumina测序的翡翠贻贝（P. viridis）外套膜转录组数据库进行搜库检索。其中N代表珍珠层（nacre layer），M代表肌痕层（myostracum layer）。
