WFS service of the urban development plan “South of Ratsgasse -1. complete change” of the municipality of Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.埃根施泰因-利奥波茨哈芬（Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen）市镇《拉茨加斯南侧-1.全面变更》城市发展规划的WFS（Web Feature Service，网络要素服务），该服务基于5.0版本的XPlanung数据集，并依照INSPIRE（欧盟空间信息基础设施）规范完成转换。
