A global survey of lichen symbionts from metagenomes Maximum likelihood phylogenetic trees of the MAGs isolated from lichen metagenomes. <br> Includes three files: 1. bacterial.treefile This tree was calculated using IQ-TREE and are based on alignments of marker genes (for prokaryotes: 120 marker genes from GTDB-Tk). <br> 2. fungal.treefile 3. algal.treefile These two trees were calculated using the Phylociraptor pipeline. The trees were based on 1296 genes in algae and 709 genes in fungi. Concatenated phylogenies were calculated using IQ-TREE

本数据集为Tagirdzhanova等人2023年研究的配套补充文件,对应一项基于宏基因组的地衣共生菌全球调查,包含从地衣宏基因组中分离得到的宏基因组组装基因组(MAGs, Metagenome-Assembled Genomes)的最大似然系统发育树。 本数据集共包含三类文件: 1. bacterial.treefile:该系统发育树通过IQ-TREE软件构建,基于标记基因的序列比对结果(原核生物使用来自GTDB-Tk的120个标记基因)。 2. fungal.treefile 3. algal.treefile 后两类树通过Phylociraptor分析流程构建,其序列比对分别基于藻类的1296个基因与真菌的709个基因。串联系统发育树均通过IQ-TREE软件构建。
